Born in Kissimmee, raised in Haitian fire.  
Fifteen years in the craft.  
He runs the kitchen like a command post — clean, sharp, no foolishness.  
He cooks with instinct, discipline, and island memory.

 

 

Chef Jose — The Right Hand
Learning the craft, earning his stripes.  
Quick on the line, steady under pressure, and loyal to the flame.  
He’s the one who keeps the rhythm when the orders stack high.

 

The Bartenders
run the bar like a Caribbean front porch —  
laughing, mixing, moving, keeping the night alive.  
They pour with precision, protect the vibe, and keep the energy clean.
